Privacy Policy

EngravePrep is designed to work locally, without an account or cloud photo service.

Your photos

Photos and projects are processed and stored on your device. EngravePrep does not upload them to us or to an analytics service.

Data collection

EngravePrep does not collect personal data, track you, use advertising identifiers, or sell data.

Purchases

Apple processes in-app purchases. Apple may provide EngravePrep with signed transaction status so the app can unlock purchased features. We do not receive your payment details.

Support messages

If you choose to email support, your email provider sends us the address, message, and attachments you include. We use them only to respond and troubleshoot, retain them only as needed for support and legal obligations, and do not sell or use them for advertising.

Your choices

You can delete saved projects in the app and remove all locally stored app data by deleting EngravePrep. Photo and camera access occurs only through Apple's system interfaces when you choose to use them.
